Throughout its history, Pioneer has published many different types of documents. Below are descriptions of what Pioneer publishes with links to a full list of the publications by type. Books. Pioneer stopped publishing books in 1998. Prior to that, it published 16 books that studied everything from workers' compensation to automobile insurance rates to school choice. White Papers are detailed studies of Massachusetts' public policy issues. Written by academic and government experts, white papers are vigorously peer-reviewed to insure the data used and the recommendations presented are unimpeachable. Policy Briefs are four to eight page technical explanations of questions of Massachusetts' public policy. Transcripts. Pioneer generally makes available, in part or in full, the written transcripts of its events. Annual Reports. Pioneer highlights and financial notes by year. Public Testimony. Transcripts of testimony Pioneer staff has presented to committees of the State Legislature. |
