Also had Patrick defeated, say Michael Dukakas (back when he was popular) in the primary and then defeated Mitt Romney in the general -- would that have made a difference?

My point:  Palin&#039;s race was more difficult than Patrick&#039;s and two years later she has an almost unheard of approval rating.</description>
