I don't think one half hour's observation, in winter and close to Christmas is a qualitative or quantitative analysis. Especially, which may be your point, there are no stores to Christmas shop on. And don't specify the day of the week or the date, which would help with context. I would think, specially since you are using visuals, you would offer a running visual and text commentary on how the space changes wit the seasons and therefore how the space can be adjusted to suit the seasons.
