If anyone needs proof of the 40B law being wellfare for developers go to www.preservationofherringbrook.com and you will see how this project will have 7ft of fill to raise the elevation above the 100 year flood height  We need more housing but not on very sensitive marginal land as this. I wish someone could do a survey and show all these abuses.
