Confused by Menino’s InauguralSpinbusting — State Workforce Numbers

Book-ing it in 2010

This being the daunting time of New Year’s resolutions – when a dose of motivation is needed to forge ahead with vigor, fortitude and, above all, initiative – I thought I would share an inspiring example of proactiveness from Pioneer’s most recent LCP speaker, Newark Mayor Cory Booker.

It seems that Mayor Booker has quite the penchant for neighborly do-gooding when the weather turns inclement. Now that’s what I call responsive municipal government, not to mention a very cool story indeed (pun intended)!

Cheers to 2010, and good luck with those resolutions.
