Scott Baum comes to Pioneer Institute with strong private sector experience in sales and sales management. Prior to joining Pioneer, Mr. Baum’s sales management work focused on cultivating relationships and building high performing teams for Boston’s largest locally based staffing firm, Professional Staffing Group. As the Group Manager for PSG’s Suburban Division, Mr. Baum managed a client base that included many of the fastest growing and most successful companies in Massachusetts. Prior to his work at PSG, Mr. Baum founded and managed his own small business. A lifelong resident of the Commonwealth, Mr. Baum is an active Freemason and frequent attendee of charity dinners throughout the area. He is focused on broadening Pioneer Institute’s relationships in communities across the state.
