Melissa Dermarkar is Pioneer's Development Coordinator. Before joining Pioneer in 2006, Melissa lived in Washington, where she was a project manager at Production Solutions, managing direct marketing mailings and campaigns for several nonprofit organizations. Prior to that, she served as the assistant front of house manager at The Grand Theatre, a professional 800 seat theatre house in London, Canada. Melissa graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2003, with a bachelor degree in Philosophy.
